We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. The city center was just a short walk away, allowing us easy access to all the attractions Hamilton has to offer. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping to the friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen, electric kettle. We also enjoyed the added luxury of having a patio and a flat-screen TV in our room.
Recommended to all!

Spent new year's with the family at a spacious, clean, and private room that had a luxurious private spa. We loved the reasonable prices, and free Wi-Fi access. The location was superb as it was near major shops and restaurants where we enjoyed our meals and drinks to celebrate new year's eve.
The curtains in the room didn't offer sufficient privacy, it would have been great to have curtains that adequately blocked outside light. Another minus was the uncomfortable beds, a wheel also came off from one of the beds, which caused a disturbance during the night.

The spa was great and the room was clean. Location was really good and the man behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen would be good if there was more equipment in it, no bowls and the grater was broken. Pot base was bent out of shape and wobbled on the element when used. Despite the above, we enjoyed our stay and would sty again.

Very nice and roomy, had all the amenities that we needed, location is great and short distance to stadium and town.
The room was extremely cold and not very inviting when you first walk in. Very expensive considering it is in off peak times, and when paying that sort of money would expect all sky channels etc. also when booked on line we booked at $340.00 for the 2 nights and when we paid the bill we were charged $350.00

It was perfect for us with a private spa so that we could enjoy it just by ourselves. I was most impressed at the cleanliness of the room and the space available to us.
